In today’s busy world, many of us wait until we feel completely overwhelmed before we finally stop and take time for ourselves. Stress builds quietly over time – mentally, emotionally and physically – and often by the time we notice it, we’re already exhausted, anxious or running on empty.

One of the things I always say to clients is that while a one-off Reiki or energy healing session can feel deeply relaxing and restorative, the real magic often happens through regular, consistent treatments. Much like exercise, therapy, meditation or self-care practices, the benefits of Reiki can build and deepen over time.

After a recent session, one lovely client shared that while she enjoyed her first treatment, she felt the second session was even more powerful and noticed a much bigger shift afterwards. This is something I hear often. As the body and nervous system begin to relax and feel safe, many people find they’re able to receive and process the healing on a deeper level with each visit.
