1. Event Bookings Policy
Meditation Events:
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event. If you cannot attend, you may roll your booking forward to the next available meditation event within one month.
Workshops / Retreat Events
Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. After this date, tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person.
2. Gift Voucher Policy
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- They are non-refundable.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, so please treat them like cash.
- Vouchers can be redeemed against any Align Wellbeing services listed at the time of booking.
3. Energy Healing Packages
- Packages are purchased as a bundle of six sessions for the price of five.
- All sessions must be booked and used within six months of purchase.
- Packages are non-refundable.
- Sessions are transferrable to another type of energy healing (Reiki, Crystal Healing, Rahanni, or Angelic Reiki) if agreed at the time of booking.
- We recommend booking early to ensure availability as appointments may be limited.
