The Reset & Realign Retreat is a private, personalised three-hour wellbeing retreat for someone who could really benefit from stepping away from everyday life, quietening the noise and having proper time and space to focus on themselves.

Their retreat will be tailored to them and what they need most, bringing together coaching and guided reflection, personalised meditation and a deeply relaxing Reiki & Crystal Healing treatment. It’s an opportunity to properly switch off, come back to themselves, uncover insights and gain greater clarity about what they want and need moving forward.

Throughout their retreat, they’ll be looked after with refreshments and thoughtful personal touches, with plenty of time and space to relax, reflect and simply be.

They’ll also leave with their own Personal Realignment Plan, bringing together the insights, thoughts and intentions they’ve uncovered and giving them something meaningful and practical to take forward beyond the retreat itself.

The retreat also includes a complimentary 15-minute consultation beforehand, allowing me to understand what they’d most like from their time with me so I can shape the experience around them.
