New to Meditation?
You don’t need any previous experience to attend a meditation evening.
Many people come to meditation believing they’re “bad at switching off” or that they won’t be able to quiet their mind – but meditation isn’t about having no thoughts or getting it perfect. It’s simply about creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
All my meditation events are gentle, welcoming and suitable for beginners. If you would prefer a more personalised experience, a one-to-one meditation session can be specifically tailored to your needs and what you are currently navigating.

What is Meditation?
Meditation is a practice that helps calm the mind, relax the body, and bring your attention into the present moment. Regular meditation can support emotional wellbeing, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, increase focus, and help you feel more balanced and grounded in everyday life.
Guided meditation is especially helpful for beginners or anyone who struggles to switch off, as you’re gently led through relaxation, breathwork, mindfulness or visualisation practices designed to help you feel calmer and more connected.
There is no “perfect” way to meditate – the practice is simply about creating space to pause, breathe and become more present with yourself.
