Energy Healing

You’ll remain fully clothed, comfortably reclining on a warm, plush bed adorned with soft blankets. I will commence by delicately scanning your aura with my master crystals, dissolving any energy blockages. Next, I will thoughtfully place crystals along your main chakras, paving the way for a comprehensive Reiki treatment. This process invites healing energy to flow precisely where it’s needed most.
Reiki channels universal life force from above, while the crystals offer grounding, nurturing energy from Mother Earth. Experience a healing Reiki treatment to rebalance and recharge your energy levels. We’ll have a chat about you and your needs beforehand where I’ll fully explain the treatment, and an opportunity to share afterwards.
Or treat yourself to a combination of these two beautiful energies for a deeper healing experience. Beginning with a scan of your aura, you receive a full crystal healing treatment followed by Reiki energy being channelled working along all the main chakras. Incredibly relaxing, rejuvenating, and a wonderful way to raise your vibration!

What are Reiki and Crystal Healing?
Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive healing technique which uses energy to treat conditions without using pressure, manipulation or massage. It is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of a person; body, mind, emotion and spirit. Our emotions and unconscious mind can often trigger conditions and dis-ease of the body. Reiki helps to bring the body back into balance and to kick start the process of healing the body. It removes energy blockages, supports the immune system and increases vitality. You remain fully clothed throughout the treatment while you enjoy receiving the healing Reiki energy.
Translated, Rei-ki means ‘universal life force energy’. The word Rei means universal, and Ki means life force energy or prana. This life force energy surrounds all living things – flowing through our chakras and circulating around our aura. A Reiki practitioner works by channelling this universal life force energy, concentrated through their hands as it is guided naturally to where it is needed in the body. Our intention is always for the highest and greatest good of our clients.
Crystal healing is a holistic and natural therapy that taps into the energetic power of crystals and how they affect the body and mind.
