Meditation Evening at Align Wellbeing ✨

A gentle invitation to pause, slow down and reconnect.

Join me for a small and intimate meditation evening in the peaceful setting of Align Wellbeing. This is a space to step away from the busyness of everyday life and return to yourself – to breathe, soften and simply be.

Through guided meditation, visualisation and quiet reflection, you’ll be supported to settle your mind, release tension and reconnect with a sense of calm and clarity. With a small group of a maximum of 10 people, this evening offers a more personal and nurturing experience.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have an existing practice, you are warmly welcome.

Where: Align Wellbeing, Gamlingay Cinques, SG19 3NU
When: Thursday 28th May, 7 – 8PM

Exchange: £17 per person | Spaces are limited to 10 | Booking essential

What to bring: A blanket for comfort and a bottle of water. Seating will be provided.
