October Meditation Gathering: A Space to Pause and Breathe 🌿
As we enter the Autumn season and life remains busy, this is your invitation to pause and slow down.
Join me this October for an hour of calm, connection, and gentle reflection. These sessions are a chance to step away from the noise and come home to yourself – to rest, realign, and recharge.
Through soothing guided meditation and simple, powerful visualisation, you’ll create space to reconnect with what you most need – whether that’s peace, clarity, or simply a moment to breathe.
As always, it’s a whole hour completely focused on yourself and your wellbeing – and you’ll take home a thoughtful gift to support your journey.
No experience needed and all are warmly welcome 🩷

Exchange: £15 per person | Spaces are limited | Booking essential
Bring a yoga or exercise mat, cushion and blanket if you want to lie down, or chairs are provided if you’d prefer to sit.
