May Meditation Gathering: Bloom & Breathe 🌸

A gentle invitation to pause, soften and open – just like nature in full bloom. This is a space to slow down, turn inwards and reconnect with your own natural rhythm, nurturing growth, presence and ease in your life.

Through guided meditation, visualisation and reflection, we’ll explore the energy of blossoming – allowing ourselves to expand gently, release what no longer serves, and breathe into the potential that’s ready to unfold. Together, we’ll cultivate space for renewal, clarity and self-compassion, like a garden in full bloom within your own mind and body.

Join me for this May gathering to rest, reset and realign – a full hour dedicated to your wellbeing and inner landscape.

No experience needed and all are warmly welcome 🩷

Where: Gamlingay Eco Hub, SG19 3JR
When: Friday 15th May, 7 – 8PM

Exchange: £17 per person | Spaces are limited | Booking essential

What to bring: a yoga or exercise mat, cushion and blanket if you want to lie down, or chairs are provided if you’d prefer to sit. I also recommend bringing a bottle of water with you.
