Description
Unwind, relax and de-stress with an evening of meditation and guided visualisation. Working with the energy of October’s super full moon, Abi will lead you in practicing self-love and gratitude under the magic of the Venus-Pluto alignment.
Whether you’re an experienced meditator or a complete newbie, all are welcome. Chairs will be available if you’d prefer to sit, or if you’d rather lie down please bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion, and blanket with you.
