Theme: Self-love and self-worth
Unwind, relax and de-stress with an evening of meditation and guided visualisation. Abi will lead you in grounding, letting go, and boosting your self-worth and self-esteem. Whether you’re an experienced meditator, or completely new to meditation, all are welcome.
Where: Gamlingay Eco Hub
When: 7 – 8 PM
Chairs are provided, but you may be more comfortable bringing a yoga or exercise mat, cushion and blankets if you want to lie down, or camping chair if you’d like to sit.
